PET ADDENDUM

 

It is hereby agreed by and between Salli Clipp (Property Manager) and ___________________ (Primary Renter) that property manager will allow primary renter to have the following described pet and no others in the vacation home upon and subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and this addendum.

The permission granted herein shall be limited to a certain pet as described below:

Primary renter hereby agrees to comply with the following:

  1. All pets must comply with the following specifications (documentation from an accredited veterinarian must be provided by primary renter upon request):
  2. May not exceed 100 lbs.

  3. Must be spayed or neutered

  4. Must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations.  Heartworm and flea and tick preventive is highly recommended.  Please provide proof of current rabies vaccination and flea and tick preventative.  This can be an invoice from your veterinarian or a letter from your veterinarian.  This is for your protection and the protection of others.  

 

When outside, all pets must be leased at all times.  This is for their protection, your protection and the protection of our neighbors.

 

Primary renter is responsible for cleaning up any/all pet waste.

 

Pets are not allowed on the furniture at any time.  Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees.  All pets are to be treated with a topical flea and tick repellent (3) days prior to arrival.  Fleas and ticks are very rampant in the area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets.

 

Pet(s) must not cause damage to premises or furnishings.  If damages are caused, the cost of the damage may be deducted from the security deposit.

 

If your pet(s) cannot be left alone they must be crated.

 

Primary renters and guests should prevent pets from producing excessive noise at a level which disturbs neighbors.

 

Pet(s) will not be left unattended for an undue length of time, either indoors or out.  Pet(s) will not be left unattended on the balcony, patio, or porch.

 

Property manager assumes no responsibility for illness or injury which may incur to pet(s) or humans while on the premises.

 

 

The Primary renter shall be solely responsible for the pet(s) while on the property.
